Article 1 SHIPPING
5.1 We deliver our products to the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, and England.
5.2 Our products are shipped with the following carriers: DHL or UPS.
5.3 All displayed products are in stock if indicated. If these products are in stock, they will be delivered within 1-2 business days, with a possible extension to 5 business days. We will try to keep you informed as much as possible.
5.4 All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs. The website can also display prices including VAT.
5.5 It is not possible to place an order with cash on delivery at PremiumLED.
Article 2 RETURNS
2.1 Returning products incurs costs, which are not covered by PremiumLED. We only refund the cost of the item (and the shipping costs for the initial delivery).
2.2 The customer is responsible for the return shipment. Depending on the product, it can be shipped via DHL or PostNL.
2.3 We always aim to reach a solution in cooperation with the customer. If this is not possible, you can contact the dispute committee at Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. You can email Webshop Keurmerk at: [email protected]. This committee will act as a mediator and try to reach a solution.
Article 3 WARRANTY
3.1 We adhere to the Distance Selling Act for consumers. If the products do not meet your expectations, you can return them – provided they are undamaged and unused – within 14 days and receive a replacement product or a refund of the amount paid. Please contact us by email, mentioning your order number and a description of your complaint. This rule does not apply to (bulk) orders of 50 or more products.
